Julie and Julia revolves around a woman (Amy Adams) that decides to cook all of Julia Childs' recipes in a year's time. Meryl Streep will play Childs, and Stanley Tucci will be playing her husband.
The film also chronicles Childs' years in Paris during the 1940s and 50s, when her husband was suspected of having ties to the communists.
